thenwhat, have you done any reading latly? I mean in the Good Book. It will tell you or I can lead you in the right irection. Sounds like you need some help in this direction. If I am stepping on toes. Then PLEAS except my apoligies.

Could there possibly another life force out there ? surely we cannot be so ignorant as to believe there is no other inteligent being out there , the solar system is an enormous place there are many planets and stars ,
is there a cover up by the goverment and if so why would they keep the truth from us ?

Well I believe there is life after death. I see life on this earth as a very small piece of the jigsaw, I believe in some kind of universal consciousness, everything is alive in some way.

When our bodies die, I think it might be possible that we can be brought back into consciousness after death, like maybe we are a tree or a slug or a bit of dust orbiting Saturn. The universe is large until we die then maybe it opens up another way.

So maybe the Earth is "god's waiting room" although I think we cease to be male or female after death unless put back in a body.

conventional science doesn't know the answers to this questions - BUT if our thoughts are electrical energy and energy cannot be destroyed only transformed then it makes scientific sense that the brain waves go somewhere after the organic body and brain cease to work. One day - if they haven't already got one - they will have a machine that can see where this energy goes at the point of death - and they will be able to create images of it like they take photos of the distant galaxies.

Music was my first love and it will be my last....
Music has been a passion of mine since i was a wee boy, the very first vinyl record i ever owned was given to me and it was an album of reggae tunes on the trojan label , however the very first vinyl i purchased with my own pocket money was....wait for it....shaking stevens this ole house . i dont know what i was thinking ! i have a wide and varied taste in music i like most genre's of music although not struck on classical and country music.
the cd ive had on repeat for the last couple of weeks is very early fleetwood mac realy blues'y stuff.
Isnt it good how you can hear a song on the radio or wherever and it will take your mind back to past experiences , flashbacks of where you were and what you were doing at that time in your life , i remember when i started primary school the song that was in the charts that comes to mind was men at work ..land down under , and the song that reminds me of when i left school was beats international and dub be good to me .
the song that reminds me of my introduction to clubbing was kinky afro , the happy mondays ''Son im 30 only went with your mother cos shes dirty and i dont have a decent bone in me what you get is just what you see yeah yippee ippie ey ey ay yey yey'' (tune)
oh the memories come flooding back.
The song that sends a shiver down my spine and puts a lump in my throat is somewhere over the rainbow sang by eva cassidy,

the house i live in has a spirit ghost whatever you would like to call it .
we belive she is female and a child, our most recent encounter with her was several months ago my brother came to visit with his daughter who is 7 years old she had gone upstairs to use the toilet and had been quite a while my brother went to the bottom of the stairs and could hear her talking to someone ,he called her and she came down when he asked her who she had been talking to she said it was isabel , we know no isabel and there was nobody else upstairs there is a shiver up my spine as i remember it now.
i often walk into the back bedroom of the house and its so cold not always but occasionaly, i feel thats where she is , where she died ?
late one evening around 7 years ago the electric went off ,(oh the joys of having a top up token meter) the shops were closed so couldnt top up so me and my new girlfiend went to bed with a candle it was the first time she had stayed at my house it was a still night and i had the windows closed ,
as we lay there talking in candle light the room suddenly became quite cold and the candle blew out
there was no breeze ! my girlfriend started to panic and said it felt as if some on was in her face and suffocating her .
was isabel showing her disaproval to my new girlfriend? saying what are you doing in my house ? i have never felt uncomfortable in her presence i believe she means me no harm maybe she is my angel ?
my house is actualy built on the site of a friary that used to stand many years ago could this be a connection to my invisible friend?

at times when i feel her presence i will talk to her, ill say hi isabel how are you today , i like to think of her as my gardian angel.
we also have a dog and at time he will sit there looking into the corner of the room mesmerised can he see her ?

I was asked by Jimi to write about my mediumship on here, and he kindly gave me some questions to answer, so thats what I'm doing, rather than hijacking another thread (sorry!)

So, here are the answers!

Do you use a trance state?

I CAN do trance readings, but I tend to use this when I am teaching, as it appears Spirit would prefer to cut out the middle man (in this case, lady!) so that they can teach directly. It is a purer form of communication.

Or do you get messages as if talking to friends?

I talk to Spirit as though they are here, in other words, I see Spirit, they are as real to me as you are! They talk to me (although I hear them in my head) just as you would talk to me.

Do you have control over it or does it occur spontaneously?

I am able to control communication with the Spirit realm. This comes from being taught through classes and learning when to use my gifts and when not to.  There is a degree of discipline with this gift! You also have to remain grounded (in this reality) which helps. Also I have been doing this for a number of years now, and I don't think I would be very popular if I gave everyone I met a reading! I learnt very early on that not everyone wants a reading :)

Do you need equipment; crystal balls or water as in scrying or none of these?

I dont NEED these things, though I can, and sometimes DO, use them. I do what I am told is "mental mediumship" in other words, i just sit there, and get the messages, pass them on, and hopefully help the person I am talking to.

Were you trained or is it a natural talent?

I have always been clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient. Though I have attended circles to further develope the gifts I have. There is never an end to being taught, as there is always more to learn!

Have you had it since childhood or later?

I was born like this! :) It took some while for my family to get used to the fact, but now they have!

I wondered whether anyone had any experience of seeing orbs at all? or flashes out of the corner of your eye?

Where they different colours? size etc.,

As the blog description says, i am interested in peoples views and opinions upon the subject

Have you or anyone you know ever had a near death experience , encompassing multiple possible sensations including detachment from the body; feelings of levitation; extreme fear; total serenity, security, or warmth; the experience of absolute dissolution; and the presence of a light, which some people interpret as a deity. or on the other hand are near death experiences actually just part of the brain's chemistry?

Or ever experienced a visitation of a deceased relative or friend whether it be whilst awake or in a dream, i myself often dream of people whom were very close to me is this just me dreaming or is there more too it are they trying to contact me to tell me something maybe warn me of something???

Are Ghosts, poltergeists, angels, and spirits not what they appear to be and instead all have some other rational explanation(s).?

I would also like to hear the views of the skeptics who refuse to accept any paranormal explanation, i suppose the reason i am intrigued with this subject is that we all have to go sometime but wouldn't it be nice to know there is life after life, and the end of this life doesn't just brings nothingness .
